Gtk3 Widgetset - Bitte testen

Zeljko bittet im internationalen Forum darum, das GTK3-Interface an euren Anwendungen zu testen, gerne auf X11, Wayland und HDPI.
Ziel ist, das GTK3 Interface zum Standard auf Linux zu machen.

Da das intl. Forum oft nicht erreichbar ist, kopiere ich den Aufruf hier.

Hello,

The GTK3 widgetset has had substantial work over the last months and
can now run real LCL applications on both X11 and Wayland. Before any
move to make it the default GTK widgetset on Linux, more testing on
real-world projects would help a lot.

Please build Lazarus trunk with LCLWidgetType=gtk3, run your
applications - ideally on both X11 and Wayland, and at HiDPI if
available - and file any regressions on GitLab:

Known TODO before GTK3 can be considered the default Linux widgetset:

- TTrayIcon (StatusNotifierItem + GtkStatusIcon fallback)
- Full MapMode / Set/GetWindow/ViewportExt/Org coverage

Früher habe ich mir gewünscht an so einer Aktion teilnehmen zu können, leider habe ich keine aktuellen Projekte. Daher drücke ich allen beteiligten ganz fest die Daumen, das alles gut klappt

Ich habe gerade das gespann Trunk/Trunk mit fpcup deluxe gezogen und installiert :
Lazarus 4.99 (rev main_4_99-4257-g9b44834cf3) FPC 3.3.1 x86_64-linux-gtk3

Der Cursor verhaltet sich ganz komisch im Editor der IDE, etwa so wie wen Ctrl gedrückt ist.

Noch was gefunden, "Startprogramm verwenden" geht nicht mehr.

Hier geht das, allerdings nicht mit dem Debugger zusammen. Das hat aber mit GTK3 nichts zu tun.
